We’re just about recovered from a fantastic, busy weekend at the Southbank Centre’s Africa Utopia festival.
There were several highlights, including Toghal co-founder, Dayo Forster, giving a talk about stories – the inspiration behind the brand. We’ll share this on our blog soon, for those who couldn’t be there.
However, the one thing that stole the show was our chair!!! Who knew that so many of you have a love affair with upholstery and upcycled mid-century furniture? We’re really excited about finding more precious vintage furniture and, giving them a new lease of life with our prints.
To answer a common question from the weekend: yes, the reupholstered Parker Knoll chair is for sale (drop us an email if you’re interested: email@example.com)…
… And yes, we do offer a bespoke upholstery service. There are a few different ways to get your custom Toghal.
You can order a reproduction of the chair in the photo above, choosing from our original prints. Alternatively, you can have a piece of your own furniture reupholstered in one of our prints.
Introducing our new organic cotton range of fabrics. The cotton is grown in The Gambia and spun and woven in West Africa. You can order bed spreads and throws in any size.
We also use our organic cotton to create cushion covers. These have a bio linen piping which, is available in an array of colours. Choose from 3 different sizes of cushion.
If you’re interested in any of these custom items, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can’t wait to help you bring some more magic into your home!
